Code Condtions
050 Diversion and use of water under this right is subject to rules that may subsequently be promulgated for existing rights used for supplemental purposes.
067 The right holder shall record the quantity of water diverted and annually report diversions of water and/or other pertinent hydrologic and system information as required by Section 42-701, Idaho Code.
070 The irrigation use occurring under this right shall not exceed 1/2 acre within each platted subdivision lot upon which a home has been constructed.
071 The use authorized under this right shall not exceed 13,000 gallons per day per lot when combined with Rt. 36-8747.
140 Noncompliance with any condition of this right is cause for the director to issue a notice of violation, cancel or revoke the right, or, if the right is included in a water district, request that the watermaster curtail diversion and use of water.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 130.
R55 This right is for the use of trust water and is subject to review 20 years after the issuance of the permit to determine availability of water and to re-evaluate the public interest.
