Code Condtions
131 Prior to the diversion and use of water under Transfer approval 85706, the right holder shall install and maintain an acceptable measuring device, including data logger, at the authorized point of diversion and in accordance with Department specifications.
067 The right holder shall record the quantity of water diverted under this right in fifteen minute intervals at all times this right is diverted. The right holder shall store the recorded data for at least five years and shall make the data available to the Department upon request as required by Idaho Code § 42-701.
