220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 17.6 acre-feet or a total surface area of 2.6 acres.
This right does not authorize the diversion of ground water to storage. The diversion of ground water to storage for the initial fill and any subsequent fills must be authorized pursuant to a water supply bank lease or other approval from the Department of Water Resources.
This right only authorizes the storage of groundwater for recreational purposes.
The diversion of ground water to replace evaporative losses from the recreation pond is authorized under right 35-14070.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 120.
221 The right holder shall install and maintain an impermeable liner in the pond to eliminate seepage losses.
