T19 Pursuant to Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code, this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as may be determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court at a point in time no later than the entry of the final unified decree.
S34 THE PERIOD OF USE FOR IRRIGATION DESCRIBED ABOVE MAY BE EXTENDED IN SEASONS OF UNUSUAL CHARACTERISTICS TO A BEGINNING DATE OF 04-20 AND AN ENDING DATE OF 10-31 AT THE DISCRETION OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES.
THE PERIOD OF USE FOR IRRIGATION DESCRIBED ABOVE MAY BE EXTENDED IN SEASONS OF UNUSUAL CHARACTERISTICS TO A BEGINNING DATE OF 04-20 AND AN ENDING DATE OF 10-31 AT THE DISCRETION OF THE WATERMASTER FOR WATER DISTRICT 34.
Right 34-00775 is limited to the irrigation of 100.0 acres in the place of use described above in a single irrigation season. Rights 34-00583C, 34-00584F, 34-00774, 34-00775, 34-10567 and 34-10568 when combined shall not exceed a total combined annual diversion volume of 1400.0 af at the field headgate and irrigation of a combined total of 400.0 acres. Rights 34-00583C, 34-00584F, 34-00773, 34-00774, 34-00775, 34-07044, 34-10562, 34-10567 and 34-10568 when combined shall not exceed the total combined diversion rate of 11.56 cfs, a total combined annual diversion volume of 1435.0 af at the field headgate, and irrigation of a combined total of 410.0 acres.
R43 The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one (1) year of the date of this approval.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
R59 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
R04 Use of water under this water right will be regulated by the watermaster of State Water District No. 34.
