This right is for an alternate source of supply during low runoff years to replace water usually available from City Spring under Right 34-00960. The right holder shall use the full allotment from City Spring in conjunction with groundwater diverted under this right. The maximum combined rate of diversion under this right and Right 34-00960 shall not exceed 1.20 cfs. The Director retains jurisdiction over this right to require reconstruction of the well if determined necessary to prevent interference with surface water flows or to require mitigation for injury to prior rights. Place of use is within the city limits of Mackay.
