NO CLEANING IS AUTHORIZED IF THE FLOW FROM THE SPRING IS 0.20 CFS OR GREATER AND MUST BE DISCONTINUED WHEN THE FLOW OF THE SPRING EXCEEDS THAT AMOUNT. ANY RETAINING WALL CONSTRUCTED AROUND THE SPRING EXCAVATION MUST BE APPROVED BY THE DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO ITS CONSTRUCTION. THE DEPTH AND DIMENSIONS OF THE SPRING EXCAVATION EXISTING IN 1982 SHALL NOT BE INCREASED BY MORE THAN SIX INCHES AT ANY POINT OR IN OVERALL LATERAL DIMENSION.
