Use of this right with rights listed below is limited to a total combined diversion rate of 4.91 cfs. Combined rights nos: 34-02403, 34-00488A, 34-00878B, 34-13875 and 34-12036.
Rights 34-484, 34-488A, 34-878B and 34-13875 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 3.7 cfs and the irrigation of 190 acres.
This right is limited to the irrigation of 100 acres within the place of use described above in a single irrigation season.
C18 This partial decree is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of the water rights as may be ultimately determined by the court at a point in time no later than the entry of a final unified decree.
