214 Prior to the diversion and use of water under Transfer approval 84021, the right holder shall install and maintain acceptable measuring device(s) at the authorized point(s) of diversion in accordance with Department specifications, or shall obtain an approved variance from the Department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records or to maintain an existing measuring device.
K01 Right No. 34-10393 is an enlargement of rights 34-2289 and 34-2490 pursuant to Idaho Code § 42-1426.
R59 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
E16 Diversion of water under this right from the well located in Section 14, T03N, R26E shall be administered as separate from the Big Lost River and its tributaries.
Prior to diversion and use of water on or across federal land under this approval, the right holder shall obtain authorization necessary to access the point of diversion or place of use or to convey water accross federal land.
004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
T19 Pursuant to Idaho Code § 42-1412(6), this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court in the final unified decree entered 08/26/2014.
