The specific 442 acres to be irrigated by the right holder are shown in the electronic shape file associated with this right in the geographic information system component of the water rights database maintained by the department. Before changing the 442 acres to be irrigated within the 728.4 acre place of use, the right holder shall submit a new land list and representative electronic shape file or map to the Department prior to the irrigation season in which the change will occur. |

The diversion of water under this right from the point of diversion located in the NWNESW, Sec. 17, T03N, R27E, shall be junior and subordinate to all water rights with existing authorized points of diversion from the Big Lost River downstream of the Arco Diversion (located in the NWNWNW, Sec. 26, T04N, R26E) as of February 25, 2021. |

Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 34. |

The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s). |

The appropriator is entitled to the amount of water described above for stockwater purposes at a point of measurement in T03N, R27E, S05, NWNWNW. |

This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use. |

The period of use for irrigation described above may be extended in seasons of unusual characteristics to a beginning date of 04-20 and an ending date of 10-31 at the discretion of the Director of the Idaho Department of Water Resources. |
