The domestic use authorized under this right shall not exceed 13,000 gallons per day.

Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 34.

A lockable device subject to the approval of the Department shall be maintained on the diverting works in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.

Prior to the diversion and use of water under right 34-14101, the right holder shall install and maintain acceptable measuring device(s) at the authorized point(s) of diversion in accordance with Department specifications, to determine the amount of water diverted annually.

Upon specific notification of the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain data loggers to record water usage information at the authorized point(s) of diversion in accordance with Department specifications.

This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
This right is subject to curtailment under the April 22, 1884 priority date of right 34-14089 and the June 01, 1894 priority date of right 34-14091.

The use of water under this right is mitigated by the ground water recharge authorized pursuant to water rights 34-14089 and 34-14091. See Transfer 76167. The water right holder shall maintain control of rights 34-14089 and 34-14091 for mitigation purposes.
The annual volume of water diverted under this right shall not exceed the annual volume of water delivered into the infiltration pit for ground water recharge under rights 34-14089 and 34-14091 as measured at the point(s) of recharge.
As long as the required mitigation is provided, the right holder is authorized to divert water under the April 22, 1884, priority date of right 34-14089 and the June 01, 1894, priority date of right 34-14091.

Any license issued by IDWR pursuant to the right or portion thereof for the use of trust water is subject to a term review of 20 years after the date of this approval to determine availability of water for the use and to re-evaluate the public interest at the end of the term.

Failure of the right holder to comply with any condition of approval is cause for the Director to cancel this right.
