Availability of water from Deep Creek shall be determined based on the lesser of the flow in Deep Creek at the original point(s) of diversion or the amount of water contributed from Deep Creek at the point of injection, subject to a conveyance loss adjustment by the watermaster.
R59 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year(s) of the date of this approval.
