K06	This right is limited to the irrigation of 426 acres within the place of use described above in a single irrigation season.
X35	Rights 31-12429, 31-12430, 31-12431 and 31-12432 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 12.39 cfs and the irrigation of 1069.6 acres.
X35	Rights 21-13226, 21-13227, 21-13228, 21-13229, 21-13230, 21-13231, 21-13232, 21-13233, 21-13234, 31-12429, 31-12430, 31-12431 and 31-12432 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 629.9 acres.
	Pursuant to a call in times of scarcity the priority date of this water right is November 2, 1930. In addition, the priority date for this water right is subordinated to the point of diversion located in the SWSE of Section 5 of T13N R40E of water right numbers 31-80 and 31-326, as described by the stipulation and subordination agreement recorded on March 17, 2003, as instrument no. 050002 in the office of the Clark County Recorder.
E62	This right when combined with Right No. 31-12429, 31-12430 and 31-12431 shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre.
U42	Place of use in T13N R40E S11 NWSW does not include any state public school endowment land.
X02	Stockwater use is for 1,000 range cattle.
N05	The quantity of water under this right for stockwater use shall not exceed 12,000 gallons per day.
N08	The quantity of water decreed for this water right for stockwater use is not a determination of historical beneficial use.
C18	This partial decree is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of the water rights as may be ultimately determined by the Court at a point in time no later than the entry of a final unified decree.
