Code Condtions
Construction and operation of the diversion works shall not increase the flow of the spring beyond the current level of discharge. The applicant shall not excavate or drill a well to increase the head or discharge of the spring.
If the use of water causes a reduction of head or flow available to prior water rights, use under this right must immediately cease.
005 Use of water under this right is subject to control by the watermaster of State Water District No. 29.
When notified by the Department, the right holder shall install and maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type acceptable to the Department as part of the diverting works.
Place of use is within the city limits of Lava Hot Springs.

027 Use of water under this right shall be non-consumptive.
