R63 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
This right is limited to a maximum diversion rate of 1.11 cfs (500 gpm) from the additional well authorized under Transfer 80376 located in Lot 2 (SWNW), Sec. 18, T11S, R37E.
186 Diversion of water from the additional well authorized under Transfer 80376 located in Lot 2 (SWNW), Sec. 18, T11S, R37E shall not exceed a total combined maximum diversion rate of 2.75 cfs (1235 gpm).
T03 For purposes of administration or a delivery call in times of scarcity, the priority date for 1.11 cfs (500 gpm) of this right is advanced to the date of approval of this transfer and shall be junior to all existing water rights in existence at the time of said approval.
212 Prior to diversion and use of water under Transfer Approval 80376, the right holder shall install and maintain an acceptable measuring device on the pipe which conveys water from the additional well authorized under Transfer 80376 located in Lot 2 (SWNW), Sec. 18, T11S, R37E to the place of use authorized under Transfer 80376, in accordance with Department specifications.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
T19 Pursuant to Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code, this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as may be determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court at a point in time no later than the entry of the final unified decree.
