220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 47.0 acre-feet or a total surface area of 4.0 acres.
A portion of the evaporative losses from the pond established under this right is offset by the removal of riparian vegetation.
219 Right 35-13997 authorizes the diversion of an annual total of 6.6 acre-feet to be used for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation.
027 Use of water under this right shall be non-consumptive.
This right does not authorize the diversion of water to storage. The diversion of water to storage for the initial fill and any subsequent fills must be authorized pursuant to a water supply bank lease or other approval from the Department of Water Resources.
