If water is not available at the described point of diversion, T11S, R33E, S13, SWSE, but water is available at the originally licensed point of diversion, T11S, R33E, S12, NWNE, then this right cannot be used to sustain a delivery call against other water rights.
193 This right mitigates for the depletion of water resulting from the diversion and use of water under Right 29-14187. To prevent injury to other water right holders, the right holder shall cease diverting 0.70 cfs of this right from Bannock Creek.
