046	Right holder shall comply with the drilling permit requirements of Section 42-235, Idaho Code and applicable Well Construction Rules of the Department.
X27	This right is limited to the irrigation of 215 acres within the place of use described above in a single irrigation season.
	Diversion of water for industrial use is limited to a total weekly volume of 0.22 af.
048	The use of water under this right shall not give rise to any claim against the holder of a senior water right based upon the theories of forfeiture, abandonment, adverse possession, waiver, equitable estoppel, estoppel by laches or customary preference.
050	Diversion and use of water under this right is subject to rules that may subsequently be promulgated for existing rights used for supplemental purposes.
067	The right holder shall measure and annually report diversions of water and/or other pertinent hydrologic and system information as required by Section 42-701, Idaho Code.
106	Industrial use under this approval provides water to flush waste from the delivery system and shall comply with applicable water quality standards of the Department of Environmental Quality.
R64	This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the lands above.
131	Prior to the diversion and use of water under Transfer approval 71527, the right holder shall install and maintain acceptable measuring device(s), including data logger(s), at the authorized point(s) of diversion and in accordance with Department specifications, or shall obtain an approved variance from the Department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records or to maintain an existing measuring device.
T07	The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one (1) year of the date of this approval.
T08	Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
WB4	The total instantaneous diversion of water from all points of diversion under Right 27-7446 shall not exceed 4.34 cfs, nor total combined annual volume of 864.8 af.
