The original source of this right is Sheep Creek. Transfer 81025 allows this right to be diverted from Meadow Creek upstream of the confluence of Sheep Creek and Meadow Creek. Depletions to Meadow Creek are offset through exchange by not diverting this right from Sheep Creek and injecting the undiverted water into Meadow Creek.
G23 Diversion of water under this right is limited to those times when water is available for diversion under the priority of this right at the original point of diversion from Sheep Creek in SWNWSW of Sec 3,T05S, R42E.
R59 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
257 This water right is entitled to the protections of paragraph x.d of water right 27-11375.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
