X35 Rights 23-88B and 23-11514 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 53.5 acres.
R63 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
219 Rights 23-88B and 23-11514 authorize total annual storage volume of 21.9 acre-feet, 18.1 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the ponds and 3.8 acre-feet for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation.
220 The four (4) ponds established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 18.1 acre-feet or a total surface area of 3.1 acre(s).
Subsequent refills of the four (4) ponds will reqire aquisition of water from Water District 1 rental pool or the Water Supply Bank.
R05 Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 01.
R43 The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).

T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
