R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 01.
01R When notified by the Water District No. 01, the right holder shall install and maintain a measuring device of a type acceptable to the Department as part of the diverting works.
Recreation and recreation storage uses are for fishing.
The water right holder may be required to mitigate for evaporative losses associated with the recreation pond as determined by the watermaster of Water District No. 01. The recreation pond was developed within the irrigation place of use described in water rights 23-19D, 23-20B, 23-47D, and 23-93B.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 10 acre-feet or a total surface area of 1.7 acres.
