The total instantaneous diversion of water from all points of diversion under Right 22-7641 shall not exceed 0.10 cfs, nor a total combined annual volume of 14.3 af for uses authorized under this right.

Prior to diversion of water under this approval, the right holder shall provide a means of measurement acceptable to the Department from all authorized points of diversion which will allow determination of the total rate of diversion.

The right holder shall maintain a totalizing measuring device of a type approved by the Department as a part of the diverting works.
Domestic use is for one home with a lawn and a garden not to exceed 0.5 acre in size.

The domestic use under Rights 22-12272 and 22-7641, when combined, shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 0.10 cfs and a total diversion volume of 13,000 gallons per day.
The reservoir established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 7.5 acre feet or a total surface area of 1.5 acres.
This right authorizes the diversion of an annual total of 10.9 af of water to be used for the initial filling of the reservoir, and for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation from the reservoir.

The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one (1) year of the date of this approval.

Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.

The use of water under this right shall not give rise to any claim against the holder of a senior water right based upon the theories of forfeiture, abandonment, adverse possession, waiver, equitable estoppel, estoppel by laches or customary preference.
The approval of this transfer redefines all of the elements of this water right, and the new use of water authorized by this approval shall constitute the full extent of the right.
