X27 This right is limited to the irrigation of 1720 acres within the authorized place of use in a single irrigation season.
X35 Rights 22-7253 and 22-13738 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 14 cfs.
X35 Rights 22-163A, 22-7253, 22-7276, 22-13738, and 22-13739 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 29.04 cfs, a total annual maximum diversion volume of 12,327 af at the field headgate, and the irrigation of 3667.9 acres.
R63 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.

172 The boundary encompassing the place of use for this water right is described with a digital boundary as authorized by Idaho law. The data comprising the digital boundary are stored in the electronic document management system of the Department and are incorporated into this approval by this reference. A map depicting the place of use is attached to this approval document to illustrate the place of use described by the digital boundary.

R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 1.
R43 The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).
G03 Water diverted under this right is exchanged by injecting water diverted under this right into Teton River at the point of injection described above, and diverting an equal amount from Teton River at the point of rediversion described above.
The exchange well must inject water into the Teton Irrigation Canal under this right, and the injection must continue after the diversion from the Teton River ceases until the water not diverted reaches the point of injection.
No demand on upstream prior rights or existing prior exchanges can be made and no interference with prior rights located between the rediversion pumps and the point of injection will be allowed even if the exchange well is pumping water into the Teton Irrigation Canal.
X61 The period of use for the irrigation described in this approval may be extended to a beginning date of 4/1 and an ending date of 10/31 provided that beneficial use of the water can be shown and other elements of the right are not exceeded. The use of water before 4/15 and after 10/15 is subordinate to all water rights having no subordinated early or late irrigation use and a priority date earlier than July 31, 2012.

K01 Right No. 22-13738 is an enlargement of this right pursuant to Section 42-1426, Idaho Code.
Unperforated well casing shall be retained above the first confining layer to prevent interference with shallow wells and recharge to the river.
