Code Condtions
186 Diversion of water from the point of diversion located in NWSESW, Sec. 30, T04N, R46E shall not exceed a total maximum diversion rate of .03 cfs.
X27 This right is limited to the irrigation of 9.4 acres within the authorized place of use in a single irrigation season.
X35 Rights 22-535 and 22-2095 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 16 acres.
219 Rights 22-535 and 22-2095 authorize the diversion of an annual total of 1.6 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond and for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation.
