Code Condtions
219 Right 22-14025 authorizes the diversion of an annual total of 15.4 acre-feet to be used for the replacement of losses caused by evaporation.
Industrial use is for gravel/sand washing.
The right holder shall cover the gravel/sand washing area at all times when water is being diverted under this right, preventing wind and direct sunlight from entering the spraying area, for the purpose of minimizing evaporation losses.
The storage of water established under this right is limited to the fill resulting from natural seepage.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 100.
R43 The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).
220 The excavated pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 41.6 acre-feet or a total surface area of 5.2 acre(s).
