X35 Rights 22-429B and 22-13367 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 62.0 acres.
Water shall not be diverted from the SWSE or the SWNE, Section 27, T06N, R45E until channel losses are determined between the referenced points of diversion and the Center Canal point of diversion in the SWNW, Section 30, T06N, R46E. The calculated channel losses shall be reduced from the diversion rate allowed under this right at the Section 27 points of diversion.
R05 Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 01.
R43 The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).
