220 The two ponds established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 2.2 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.5 acres.
219 Right 22-13221 authorizes the storage of an annual total of 3.0 acre feet, comprised of 2.2 acre feet to be used for the initial filling or carryover storage of the ponds and 0.8 acre feet for the replacement of losses due to evaporation.
R05 Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 01.
R02 A lockable device subject to the approval of the Department shall be maintained on the diverting works in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
