Code Condtions
004 The issuance of this right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
046 Right holder shall comply with the drilling permit requirements of Section 42-235, Idaho Code.
The sand point well authorized for use under this permit shall not be drilled or dug to a depth greater than 18 feet.
R04 Use of water under this water right will be regulated by the watermaster of State Water District No. 01.
01M After specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the Department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records and shall annually report the information to the Department.
In the event that this wetland enhancement project is de-commissioned, the right holder shall abandon this right.
As mitigation for the consumptive water losses from evapotranspiration, the right holder shall annually rent 15.0 acre feet of storage water to be delivered back to the Teton River via the Crosscut Canal.
