Code Condtions
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 01.
R43 The right holder shall maintain a lockable controlling works and measuring devices at the point of diversion and point of return to the creek of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 1.1 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.2 acres.
This right authorizes an annual volume of water to fill the pond and the amount required to replace losses through evaporation.
Intake and outlet screens of 1/4 inch or smaller mesh shall be located at the point of diversion and the point of effluent discharge to prevent any negative impact on juvenile fish.
