WB5 Domestic use is for 18 homes and does not include lawn, garden, landscape, or other types of irrigation.
The quantity of water diverted under this right shall not exceed 6,400 gallons per day, as measured over a one-month average, or 7,500 gallons in any 24-hour period. These daily and monthly diversion limits are intended to minimize impact to the spring source for water right 21-2100.
The right holder shall install and maintain a measuring device and data logger sufficient to monitor and record the quantity of water diverted under this right. Diversion volume should be logged on a daily (24-hour) time step. Upon specific request from the Department, the right holder shall provide historical daily diversion records. Failure to measure and record 24-hour diversion volume is cause for the Director to cancel this right.
