18A The right holder shall install and maintain permanent measuring devices in such a manner that the amount of water entering the reservoir can be measured.
R40 The storage of water under this right is contingent upon continued certification by the Department of Water Resources under the dam safety provisions of the Idaho Code, authorizing storage.
219 Rights 02-2384, 57-7186 and 02-7431 authorize the diversion of an annual total of 70 acre feet to be used for the initial filling of the reservoir and for the replacement of losses caused by seepage and evaporation. The reservoir shall not exceed a total capacity of 30 acre-feet or a total surface area of 2 acres.
