A total of 30 acres are located within SESW and NESW, S25, T14S, R35E. A total of 46 acres are irrigated under this right.
During the period that this right evenly divides the water with rights 15-00074 and 15-00075, from 08-15 to 05-05 annually as described above, if the avilable water is inadequate to supply the needs of both parties, at the request of either party the available water shall be rotated on a weekly basis with the nonrequesting party to have full use of the water the first week of the rotation.
During the period that this right has exclusive use of the available flow for irrigation purposes, from 05-06 to 05-20 annually as described above, such use shall be subject to the stockwater rights of 15-00074 and 15-00075.
The diversion rate shown for irrigation on this right is based upon 1.0 inch per acre.
