Irrigation use from 05-21 to 08-15 includes 100% of available flow per decree. Irrigation use from 08-15 to 05-05 includes 50% of available flow per decree. During the period that this right and 15-00074 evenly divide the water with 15-00076, from 08-15 to 05-05 annually as described above, if the available water is inadequate to supply the needs of both parties, at the request of either party the available water shall be rotated on a weekly basis with the nonrequesting party to have full use of the water the first week of the rotation.
