Right holder is entitled to 100% of available flow from 5/6 through 5/20 for irrigation purposes. He is also entitled to 50% of available flow from 8/15 through 5/5. Place of use is 46 acres, (Total Number may be in error.) consisting of 30 acres located in SESW, NESW, S25, and 10 acres located in the NENW, S36, T14S, R35E, B.M., Oneida County. During the period the water is evenly divided between Plantiff Thayne O. Daniels & Defendant Tom Palmer from August 15 through May 5 annually as above-described, if the available water is inadequate to supply the needs of both parties, at the request of either party the available water shall be rotated on a weekly basis with the nonrequesting party to have full use of the water the first week of the rotation. During the times of the exclusive use by Plantiff Thayne O. Daniels or Defendant Tom Palmer of available flow for irrigation purposes as above-described, such use shall be subject to the stock water rights of the other party described above.
