Code Condtions
259 This right authorizes the diversion of 1.5 acre-feet to be used for the initial filling of the pond and 0.4 acre-feet for losses due to seepage and evaporation, for a total annual storage volume of 1.9 acre-feet.
220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total capacity of 1.5 acre-feet or a total surface area of 0.3 acres.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 11.
01P Upon specific notification by the Department, the right holder shall install a lockable device of a type acceptable to the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
N06 The evaporation from the pond authorized by this right shall not exceed 2,500 gallons per day.
The fish propagation element of this right is non-consumptive.
