Code Condtions
042 The right holder shall provide the Department, upon request, information showing volume changes per hour necessary to maintain an adequate environment for the fish propagation facility. Volume changes per hour shall be based upon actual fish production.
027 Use of water under this right shall be non-consumptive.
081 Use of water under this approval shall comply with applicable water quality standards of the Division of Environmental Quality of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
Measuring devices of a type approved by the Department shall be permanently maintained at the points of diversion and the point of effluent discharge. There are numerous springs located in each of the ten acre tracts listed above as points of diversion. Facility volume = 27,734 cubic feet. The right holder shall implement reasonable modifications to the diversion and conveyance facilities in order to more effectively conserve and control water diverted under this right.
R43 The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
