X27 This right is limited to the irrigation of 15 acres within the authorized place of use in a single irrigation season.

G23 The authorized point of diversion for this right is located at Black Canyon Spring. Diversion of water under this right is limited to those times when water is available for diversion under the priority of this right at the original point of diversion from Nettie Springs in the NE1/4 of Section 20, T10S, R40E.
