01M After specific notification by the department, the right holder shall install a suitable measuring device or shall enter into an agreement with the department to determine the amount of water diverted from power records and shall annually report the information to the department.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
R30 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than .02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre for irrigation of the lands above.
The right holder will cease irrigation of 137.0 acres under Right No. 13-02154 and 65.0 acres under Right No. 13-02292 previously authorized under these rights, and consolidate use of water on the remaining 224.0 acres as described under Parts A and B of Right Nos. 13-02154 and 13-02292. Right Nos. 13-02154B and 13-02292B in combination shall not exceed the total annual diversion volume of 721.0 af.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one (1) year of the date of this approval.
