186 Diversion of water for storage in Glendale Reservoir authorized under Transfer 78386 as described under rights 13-2022, 13-2102 and 13-2287 shall not exceed a maximum diversion rate of 20.0 cfs or a maximum annual diversion volume of 800 af.
X35 Rights 13-2022, 13-2102 and 13-2287 when combined shall not exceed a total diversion rate of 20.0 cfs or a maximum annual diversion volume of 5457 af.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 13A.
R02 A lockable device subject to the approval of the Department shall be maintained on the diverting works in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
R59 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
Storage facility is known as Glendale Reservoir. Former storage facility was the Johnson Reservoir.
004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
R40 The storage of water under this right is contingent upon continued certification by the Department of Water Resources under the dam safety provisions of the Idaho Code, authorizing storage.

T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
