X35 Rights 11-936, 11-937, 11-938, and 11-7130 when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 462.5 acres.
193 This right mitigates for the depletion of water resulting from the diversion and use of water under Right 11-10220. To prevent injury to other water right holders, the right holder shall cease diverting 0.86 cfs / 0.57 cfs of this right from the Bear River. If the mitigation portion of this right is used for any purpose, then water shall not be diverted under Right 11-10220.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 11.
R43 The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).
R59 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
