T04 Approval of this transfer in no way grants any right-of-way or easement for use of a delivery system owned by person(s) other than the right owner.
T17 Prior to diversion of water under this approval, the right holder shall provide a means of measurement acceptable to the Department from all authorized points of diversion which will allow determination of the total rate of diversion.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one (1) year of the date of this approval.
R04 Use of water under this water right will be regulated by the watermaster of State Water District No. &DISTRICT.
R25 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 3.5 afa per acre for irrigation of the lands above.
028 After specific notification by the department, the right holder shall annually report the amount of water diverted to the department.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
The total instantaneous diversion of water from all points of diversion under Transfer No. 4594 and combined Right Nos. 11-00910, 11-00911, 11-00912, 11-00918, 11-00919, 11-00920, 11-00921, 11-00922 and 11-00923, shall not exceed 15.85 cfs, nor a total combined annual volume of 1,085.0 af for irrigation of 310.0 acres. Combined Right Nos. 11-00918, 11-00919 and 11-00920 shall not exceed a total combined annual diverison volume of 280.0 af for the irrigation of 80.0 acres in the place of use described above in a single irrigation season. Right Nos. 11-00911, 11-00912, 11-00919, 11-00920, 11-00922 and 11-00923 are classified as agricultural lands or rights, and are intended to mean those lands which have been cultivated and irrigated for the production of crops. Any year that there is insufficient water in Bear River to fully supply all the decreed agricultural rights, the meadow rights will be reduced proportionately to provide 75% of the water for all the agricultural rights between June 17 and July 4th, and provide the full amount of water for the agricultural rights after July 4th.
