220 The pond established by the storage of water under this right shall not exceed a total surface area of 21.2 acres.
219 This right authorizes an annual storage volume of 34.8 acre-feet to replace evaporation losses.
170 Mitigation for the depletion of water resulting from the use of ground water under this right is provided by wetland removal during past highway construction projects and wetland removal at the proposed place of use.
123 Water stored under this right is subject to fluctuations of the water table caused by changes in the flow of local streams and by diversions under prior ground water rights. This right does not guarantee the maintenance of any particular ground water level.
Subsequent refill of the pond must occur through a separate authorization.
