Right 11-7480 authorizes the annual storage of 153.3 af of water in an on-stream storage reservoir with a maximum 43.8 acre surface area.
The amount of stream flow impounded in the reservoir from 4/1 to 11/1 shall not exceed a rate of 0.68 cfs as the measured difference between the amount of water entering and being released from the reservoir. From 11/2 to 3/31 the amount of water released from the reservoir shall be equal to or greater than the amount of water entering the reservoir.
18C Prior to diversion of water under this right, the right holder shall provide a means acceptable to the department to measure the amount of water entering the reservoir and the amount of water released from the reservoir.
18B The storage of water under this right is contingent upon the certification of the dam and authorization of storage per the dam safety provisions of the Idaho Code.
R05 Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 11, Bear River.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one (1) year of the date of this approval.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
