Code Condtions
Prior to diversion of water under this approval, the right holder shall install and permanently maintain measuring devices of a type approved by the Department at three (3) locations; (1) the point of diversion on Indian Creek located within Lot 1, NENE, S25, T15S, R44E, (2) across the stream channel of Indian Creek below the point of diversion, and (3) at the point of rediversion from Bear Lake located within Lot 3, SENW, S25, T15S, R44E. Rediversion of water from Bear Lake under this right shall not exceed the measured flow in Indian Creek below the point of diversion located within Lot 1, NENE, S25, T15S, R44E or a total maximum diversion of 1.36 cfs from Indian Creek.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one (1) year of the date of this approval.
R04 Use of water under this water right will be regulated by the watermaster of State Water District No. &DISTRICT.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
R30 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than .02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre for irrigation of the lands above.
