R04 Use of water under this water right will be regulated by the watermaster of State Water District No. &DISTRICT.
R01 A measuring device of a type approved by this Department shall be maintained as a part of the diverting works.
T08 Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one (1) year of the date of this approval.
T04 Approval of this transfer in no way grants any right-of-way or easement for use of a delivery system owned by person(s) other than the right owner.
Right No. 11-00221 is limited to the irrigation of 40 acres from April 15 to October 15 in the place of use described above in a single irrigation season. Combined Right Nos. 11-00220, 11-00221, 11-00222 and 11-00223 are limited to 320 total acres irrigation until June 25th and then 62 total acres irrigation for the remaining season thru October 15.
R30 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than .02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre for irrigation of the lands above.
