R05 Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 11F.
214 Prior to the diversion and use of water under Transfer approval 81752, the right holder shall install and maintain IDWR-approved measuring devices, including data loggers, at the location where water is diverted from the Taylor Canal and on the mainline conveying water into Wyoming, at a location immediately before the mainline crosses under the highway.
Right holder shall allow IDWR staff and the watermaster for Water District 11F access to the measuring devices to monitor the water diverted under this right.
R63 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.5 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
J08 Place of use is located within the State of Wyoming.
004 This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
T07 The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
