X35	Rights 1-81C, 1-82C, 1-83X, 1-117F, 1-118F and 1-4005 when combined shall not irrigate more than 3,166 acres in a single irrigation season.
	The Ellis Ditch is limited to a maximum diversion rate of 13.00 cfs under combined water rights 1-81C, 1-82C, 1-83X, 1-117F, 1-118F and 1-4005.
	Diversion of this right is restricted to exclude 150 consecutive days during the period from November 1 through April 30 pursuant to United States Contract No. 14-06-W-29 between the United States and Island Irrigation Company or as such contract may be amended, unless the United States agrees in writing not to enforce the winter water savings provision of the contract for a given period of time.
129	Place of use is within the area served by Island Irrigation Company.
135	The boundary encompassing the place of use for this water right is described with a digital boundary as defined by I.C. Section 42-202B(2) and authorized pursuant to I.C. Section 42-1411(2)(h). The data comprising the digital boundary are incorporated herein by reference and are stored on a CD-ROM disk issued in duplicate originals on file with the SRBA District Court and the Idaho Department of Water Resources. A map depicting the place of use is attached hereto to illustrate the place of use described by the digital boundary.
R05	Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 01.
R43	The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion(s).
R60	This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 4.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
E33	Water is delivered from the Dry Bed.
F01	Water is delivered through the Island Canal and the Ellis Ditch.
004	This right does not grant any right-of-way or easement across the land of another.
T07	The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08	Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
T19	Pursuant to Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code, this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as may be determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court at a point in time no later than the entry of the final unified decree.
