X35 Rights 1-182C and 1-187C when combined shall not exceed the irrigation of 58 acres.
R05 Use of water under this right may be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 01.
01R The right holder shall install and maintain a measuring device of a type acceptable to the Department as part of the diversion from Reid Canal for irrigation use or for storage use.
R02 A lockable device subject to the approval of the Department shall be maintained on the diverting works in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion from Reid Canal.
R62 This right when combined with all other rights shall provide no more than 0.02 cfs per acre nor more than 3.0 afa per acre at the field headgate for irrigation of the place of use.
938 Transfer 87648 authorizes the diversion and delivery of 0.78 cfs and 126.4 af of water to storage for replacement of evaporation and seepage losses from two ponds authorized by Right 22-14542.
Industrial storage and recreation storage are for two large ponds created through gravel extraction.
