186	Diversion of water from the point of re-diversion authorized under Transfer 80496 located in the NENE, Sec. 21, T05N, R39E, shall not exceed a maximum diversion rate of 6.00 cfs.
129	Place of use is within the area served by Liberty Park Irrigation Company.
172	The boundary encompassing the place of use for this water right is described with a digital boundary as authorized by Idaho law. The data comprising the digital boundary are stored in the electronic document management system of the Department and are incorporated into this approval by this reference. A map depicting the place of use is attached to this approval document to illustrate the place of use described by the digital boundary.
R05	Use of water under this right will be regulated by a watermaster with responsibility for the distribution of water among appropriators within a water district. At the time of this approval, this water right is within State Water District No. 01.
R43	The right holder shall maintain a measuring device and lockable controlling works of a type approved by the Department in a manner that will provide the watermaster suitable control of the diversion.
01R	When notified by the watermaster, the right holder shall install and maintain measuring devices of a type acceptable to the Department at the point of injection and point of re-diversion.
G02	Point of injection into Spring Slough. Point of rediversion from a shallow ground water well hydrologically connected to Spring Slough.
	To offset depletions to Spring Slough caused by the re-diversion of water from the ground water well located in the NENE of Section 21, T05N, R39E, the right holder shall inject an amount of water into Spring Slough on a real-time basis greater than or equal to the amount diverted from the well.
	The shallow ground water well authorized as a point of re-diversion, located in the NENE, Sec. 21, T05N, R39E, shall not be deepened without an approved water right transfer authorizing the change.
F01	Water is delivered through Liberty Park Canal.
T07	The right holder shall accomplish the change authorized by this transfer within one year of the date of this approval.
T08	Failure of the right holder to comply with the conditions of this transfer is cause for the Director to rescind approval of the transfer.
T19	Pursuant to Section 42-1412(6), Idaho Code, this water right is subject to such general provisions necessary for the definition of the rights or for the efficient administration of water rights as may be determined by the Snake River Basin Adjudication court at a point in time no later than the entry of the final unified decree.
